1. Reservations & Planning
Flexible appointment scheduling
We understand that life can be unpredictable. You can book your appointment through our website, by phone or by WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.
Booking confirmation
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a email or text message confirmation. Please check the details to ensure everything is correct. In some cases, you will also receive a reminder as your appointment approaches.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance In case of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment, this allows us to offer the slot to another client. We do not charge no cancellation fees, but we would appreciate it if you could inform us promptly to ensure good organization and availability for everyone.
Delays
